9 Keep Calm Worrying about your exam will do nothing for you. Don’t panic! Focusing on the negativity of the situation instead of the test won’t help you study. A majority of the time, panic deters people from doing well on exams. If you should find yourself panicking, take slow long deep breaths (try not to hyperventilate), and repeat to yourself that you will pass the exam. Know What Material Needs To Be Covered Exams cover specific materials and subjects. It’s important to know which material you will need to study up on.
